1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Storm Prep Hub mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or services.
2. Emergency Advisory & Life Safety Limitations
The Storm Prep Hub provides curated disaster readiness checklists, hurricane tracking feeds, and AI-generated suggestions for general planning only. Recommendations do not constitute legal advice, professional structural engineering certificates, or civil protection orders.
In all emergency scenarios, mandatory state evacuation orders, local emergency broadcast directives (EOC), and official NOAA National Hurricane Center advisories supersede all content on this platform.
3. Contractor Directory & Lead Generation
Our directory lists licensed contractors and emergency repair specialists. Homeowners can dispatch lead quote requests through our secure portal.
- Independent Contractors: Listed contractors are independent businesses. CaJen Concepts LLC is not an employer, general contractor, or insurer of listed vendors.
- License Verification: While we verify state license numbers at the time of onboarding, homeowners are advised to independently confirm active licensing and worker's compensation coverage before signing construction contracts.
- Paid Placements: Certain listings are marked as “Featured Partner” or “Verified Pro” indicating a paid subscription tier.
4. AI Prep Assistant Usage
Our automated AI preparation assistant synthesizes public disaster guidance to provide actionable supply checklists. AI responses are generated automatically and should not be relied upon as a substitute for 911 dispatch or official search-and-rescue assistance during active hurricanes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CaJen Concepts LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from hurricane property damage, contractor workmanship disputes, power grid outages, or weather radar inaccuracies.
